John Jones – SVP of Growth & EOS Integrator
John Jones serves as Senior Vice President of Growth & EOS Integrator at Griffin Funding, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion efforts and drives operational excellence across all markets.
Since joining Griffin Funding in a fractional capacity in April 2025, John helped propel growth by over 50% and strengthen leadership alignment, setting the stage for the company’s next phase of scale. Beginning December 1, 2025, he will serve full-time, guiding Griffin Funding toward its ambitious goal of achieving $3 billion in annual loan volume by 2030.
In his dual role, John manages both growth strategy and organizational execution:

He oversees operational cadence, leadership development, and talent acquisition using the EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.

He drives optimizing production per loan officer, refining workflows, and leveraging technology such as LIA™, Griffin Funding’s AI-powered Non-QM Automated Underwriting System.

He aligns cross-functional teams—sales, operations, strategy, capital markets—to ensure Griffin Funding continues delivering its best-in-class 5-star borrower experience.

He partners with the marketing organization to scale first-party demand generation powered by the Griffin Funding brand.
Prior to Griffin Funding, John held executive leadership roles in high-growth financial services organizations, where he established scalable systems and built teams aligned for rapid expansion.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a certified EOS® Implementer. He is passionate about building high-performance teams, leveraging data and innovation, and empowering organizations to reach transformative growth.
When he’s not driving growth initiatives, John enjoys coaching baseball, hiking in the desert, studying behavioral economics, and mentoring emerging leaders in the fintech community.
