Jack Iwamoto is a Senior Loan Officer at Griffin Funding, where he specializes in Non-QM mortgages, including DSCR ( Debt Service Coverage Ratio ) Loans for real estate investors and Bank Statement Loans for self-employed borrowers and business owners. As of October 2025, Jack has personally funded 74 loans totaling $23.7 million in volume, helping clients nationwide secure innovative mortgage solutions that traditional banks often can’t offer.
With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah, Jack brings a strong analytical and consultative approach to each borrower relationship. He focuses on understanding every client’s financial goals and tailoring mortgage strategies that maximize cash flow, preserve liquidity, and accelerate long-term wealth growth through real estate.
Jack is known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and deep expertise in non-QM lending – from structuring complex bank statement qualifications to optimizing DSCR ratios for investment property portfolios. Outside of lending, Jack is passionate about community and environmental stewardship. He previously volunteered with the Surfrider Foundation – Newport Beach Chapter, supporting coastal cleanup and ocean preservation efforts.
