Chloe Shubin serves as Vice President of Strategy at Griffin Funding, where she plays a critical role in shaping the company’s nationwide growth trajectory, capital-markets alignment, and cross-functional execution.
With a deep understanding of Non-QM lending, market dynamics, borrower behavior, and organizational strategy, Chloe partners directly with the CEO, Integrator, Operations leadership, and Sales leaders to ensure every team is aligned to the company’s long-term vision and operational priorities.
Chloe oversees:

She is one of the key architects behind Griffin Funding’s multi-year plan to reach $3 billion in annual loan volume, leading the rollout of Non-QM innovations such as LIA™, the company’s AI-powered Non-QM Automated Underwriting System.
Known for her ability to create clarity across complex initiatives, Chloe ensures that the right people are in the right seats, that priorities don’t drift, and that leadership teams maintain focus and alignment—attributes essential to Griffin Funding’s rapid expansion.
Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has professional experience spanning lending, product development, organizational strategy, and operational design. She brings a strong analytical mindset, disciplined execution, and a growth-oriented philosophy to every initiative.
Outside of Griffin Funding, Chloe enjoys hiking, training her dog, exploring new coffee shops, and pursuing continuous education in behavioral psychology and leadership.
