Leticia Dalton Regional Vice President of Sales
Leticia Dalton leads regional sales production at Griffin Funding, with primary responsibility for scaling the company’s Direct-to-Consumer business across Arizona, Orange County, and San Diego. She joined Griffin in April 2026 to build repeatable sales systems, raise loan officer production standards, and develop the next layer of branch leadership.
Leticia brings more than 17 years in mortgage origination and sales management. She spent nearly a decade at Cardinal Financial as Vice President of Production, running their Chandler, Arizona operation and building one of the firm’s top consumer direct teams. She then moved to Mr. Cooper, where she served first as Consumer Direct Sales Manager and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer Sales. Earlier in her career at Bank of America, she originated as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer before being promoted to AVP Sales Manager.
Her playbook combines operational discipline with executive coaching. She builds scalable sales frameworks, holds teams to clear production standards, and invests heavily in mentoring loan officers into future managers. At Griffin, she partners with the executive team to optimize workflow, increase funded volume, and strengthen branch-level performance across the regional footprint.
Leticia is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
